Easy Returns

We believe in extending our relationship with our customers even beyond the point of purchase and delivery. If you are unhappy with a product, or have accidentally received an incorrect or defective product, you may return the same to us for a replacement or a refund. Take advantage of our product return policy as stated below.

A. Wrong or Defective Product: If you have been delivered a wrong product by mistake, stop worrying and get in touch with us for an exchange or refund.

B. Product not matching requirements: If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal, our preferred gateway.

C. Non-Customized Product Return: Non-customized Coverking Products, provided that they are in a new, resalable condition, may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Such products must be issued an RGA number.

Please remember to include your Coverking Store order number, your contact information, and a brief explanation on why you wish to return the product.

Please note that Coverking Custom made products may not be returned for credit.
